Polar Jewelry is a Copenhagen based brand and all charges will be in DKK. Our currency converter will display the price in your currency until you checkout. Please be assured the pricing is the same, it is only now displayed in DKK.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In the unfortunate event, that you are unhappy with your piece, we are more than happy to help. You may return your items in their original, unused conditions (including all original packaging) within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Read more about returns here.

Once we have received your returns, they will be processed within 10-14 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed.

CAN I CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER?

CAN I RE-ROUTE MY SHIPPED PACKAGE TO ANOTHER SHIPPING ADDRESS?
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.
